NO MORE Week 2024

The 11th annual NO MORE Week is coming up on 3rd-9th March, 2024. Launched in 2013, NO MORE Week is an annual, international opportunity to come together to raise awareness of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

NO MORE Week is an annual, international opportunity to come together to raise awareness of domestic abuse and sexual violence, inspiring individuals, organisations, and communities to make change.

Did you know that 1 in 5 adults experience domestic abuse in their lifetime?

That means we all know someone who will experience it – a friend, a family member or a colleague.

This #NoMoreWeek we want to ensure that everyone feels equipped to spot the signs.

All of us can play a role in preventing this crime. By learning more today, you could make a huge difference in someone’s life in the future.

You never know when someone close to you might need your help.

How to get involved:

  • Encourage friends, family members, colleagues to download the Bright Sky app today for advice and a support locator to find out what’s available near you.
  • Share our advice and tools with your social networks – we want everyone to feel confident about spotting the signs, starting a conversation and finding specialist support.
  • If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 999

UK Says No More will stand alongside our global sister campaigns, including NO MORE in the US and other No More chapters all over the world, with the aim of sharing resources and information around domestic abuse and sexual violence and demonstrating how we can all take action to create a difference.
